Cadet Programs Officers

Bell
Lt Col P. Greg Bell- Aerospace 
Lt Col Bell retired from the USAF as a Colonel (O-6). He continues to fly with CAP, qualified for Cadet Orientation flights, SAR, and Counterdrug missions. By trade, he is a consultant.





Brady-Perfors
Capt Tina Brady-Perfors- Testing
Capt Brady-Perfors (or Capt Perfors, for short) is a veteran of the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Petty Officer First Class (E-6) and working in ordinance. Her family has a line of military personnel since both her father and son have served. Capt Perfors is the primary Testing Officer in Squadron 712. She has completed Level II of the SM PD program and holds Technician ratings in both Administration and in Personnel. In addition, she holds the Air Search and Rescue Medal and two Achievement Medals.

1st Lt Michael Kittleson- Drill and Ceremonies
Lt Kittleson holds the record of most grades promoted in Sq 712- after all, he earned his C/Lt Col (Eaker Award). Lt Kittleson loves anything dealing with radios. He has completed Level II of the SM PD program and holds a Technician rating in Cadet Programs. He is employed as a machinist.


MSgt Eric Klemm- Physical Training and Supplies
MSgt Klemm served in the Army as a combat medic and attained the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7). He helps outfit the Cadets with BDUs and USAF blues as a Supply Officer, and he supervises the Cadets as they undergo the PT examinations. He has completed Level I of the SM PD program. He is employed as a quality controller.

Maj Keith McMillen- Aerospace
Before taking this post, Maj McMillen completed ten years in the command section of Sq 712. Maj McMillen enjoys war history, aerospace, and counterdrug flying. His CAP resume includes a National Commander's Commendation, three Achievement Medals, Level III of the SM PD program, the Command Service Ribbon, a Find Ribbon, and the Air Search and Rescue medal. He holds a Senior rating in Finance, and a Technician rating in each Command, Historian, and Safety. He is employed as an analyst today.

Maj Eric Schuelke- Character Development
Maj Schu
elke (pronounced "SCHULL-key", rhymes with "tool") is an Air Force veteran, attaining the rank of Technical Sergeant (E-6) in his service. He craves ES night and wished we did it more often. He has completed Level III of the SM PD program, and holds a Senior rating in each Character Development and Emergency Services. He holds a Wing Commander's Commendation, 20-Year Award, and was the 2016 PAWG SM of the Year. By trade, Maj Schuelke is an assembler.
